Rangu Salgame

Rangu Salgame has been a transformative growth leader throughout his career, having made market changing impacts at Tata Communications, Cisco Systems and Verizon Communications. He has been turning company portfolios into high value outcomes, partnering with government and business leaders in diverse cultural environments in over 30 countries such as China, India, Brazil and the Middle East as well as the US, Europe and Japan. Rangu is a Member of the Foreign Policy Leadership Council at the Brookings Institution and also serves as a director on the boards of BCIU and TrickleUp, New York-based global trade policy and nonprofit organizations respectively. He co-founded a worldwide initiative called The Next3Billion Project, to accelerate and facilitate the social and economic change that comes from the mobile Internet in developing countries. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and also has MS and BS degrees in engineering.


Varoon Raghavan

Varoon Raghavan has deep operational experience in data center, media services and enterprise services and has lived and worked in the US, Europe and Asia. In 12 years at Tata Communications, he held leadership positions in sales and product management, engineering, operations and corporate development delivering value creation in growth, start-up and turnaround situations. He also spent a year seconded to the Indian Government to help develop and implement the country's manufacturing policy. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a bachelor's degree in engineering.
